Cowboy Songs and Elk Roasts

The Rose and Kettle Restaurant
4 Lancaster St.
Cherry Valley, NY
Open Friday through Tuesday at 5 PM

A quick food and music update from the Rose and Kettle:

Remember we've got extended days and hours so you can have dinner on Monday or Tuesday now!

This weekend we have Rosebrook Farm Elk, boneless eye o' the round roast with herb bread crumbs au jus. A wonderful dinner but it's selling fast.

Also Freebird Farm chicken in a creamy almond and caramelized shallot sauce tossed with penne.

Also halibut cheeks with risotto fritters. Halibut cheeks are the cheeks of the great wild halibut fish. tender and good.

Also this week we have Gaia's Breath Farm pork shoulder roast cooked in Coca Cola.

And more more more...

And on Sunday starting at 8 we have two live acoustic sets

"Wobbly" O. Rabbit perform your new favorite
songs on his old
ukulele.
Thrill to uptempo country numbers
Johnny
Paycheck
, and Cowboy
Jack Clement
.
Swoon to Tin Pan Alley favorites.

And Ned Brower plays indie/country singer-songwriter material,
mostly original, some classics and favorites too.

Alright, keep us in mind.
