Dear Folks,
Don't forget your dinner reservations at The Rose and Kettle this weekend! We're open Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 5, and we've got lots of great Fall menu items like local Veal Milanese from Gaia's Breath Farm in Jordanville, Bolito Misto (mixed boiled meats) with Pickles and Sea Salt, Wild Alaskan King Salmon, Elk Steaks and Roasts from Rosebrook Elk Farm in Roseboom, and more.
Last Sunday we started our Fall Sunday Music Series with two great acts and good friends, Ross Goldstein and The Scientific Maps. Whether you missed it or caught it, I posted a great Video that The Scientific Maps recently put up on "The You-Tube" at The Rose and Kettle Blog.
And remember, this Sunday is Hilltown Music Night, with live music from a host of bands from Rensellaerville, NY... The Red-Haired Strangers, Dana Monteith and my own band King Vidor. All these bands record and play together, a blend of acoustic and electric rock, country and folk. Sunday Night Music is always free, starts at 8:30.
And for light meals and bar food, check out The Rose and Kettle's bar menu, available every night at 8. Steak and Fries, Rose and Kettle Salad with Grilled Chicken, Flatbread Sandwiches. The Rose and Kettle Bar Menu, always "Cheap and Cheerful."
Thanks so much. And to the new folks recently added to our email list, let me know if you would like to be removed from this list, and feel free to peruse the Blog where we've posted lots of pictures from our trip top Rome last Winter.
Yours,
Clement Coleman
