Dear Friends,

Here's a list of things you can eat at The Rose and Kettle restaurant this weekend:

Grilled Hamburgers from Nectar Hills Farm with Brioche Rolls from Le Bus Bakery (in Philadelphia--they arrive frozen) and Cheddar Cheese from Jake Rury's shop.

Celery Root Puree from Tom Takac's farm in Palatine Bridge. (With White Truffle Oil.) (No website. Old School.)

Wild Gulf of Mexico Shrimp Sauteed with Romesco (puree of almonds, bread, pepper flakes, tomato and garlic) served with local yellow potatoes and greens.

Nectar Hills Farm Pork Butt braised in Sharon Orchards Cider and served with whipped rutabagas.

But I know you, you're just gonna come in and get the R and K Salad and the Hanger Steak anyway. Come on, admit it. You know it's true.

And that's okay too.

P.S. Coming Soon: The return of art on the walls!!! Special event!!!
